Macro events with a high level of complexity
From February 27 to March 6, 2019, in Cancun, Mexico.
For this macro event held at the Moon Palace and Moon Grand hotels in Cancun, Gilsama Solutions undertook the equipment installation for the plenary session with 1400 attendees, two Arena rooms and various work meeting room, for Chinese-English simultaneous interpretation. All rooms were equipped with infra-red digital Taiden systems and DNA Sennheiser parliamentary microphones.
A coordinated logistic and technical team successfully overcame the challenges presented by this great event through careful planning, flexibility in assemblies, installing radiators in trusses and servicing various simultaneous rooms for eight consecutive days.
